Refund Policy

This is a plain-language template that reflects how Plixogram actually works. It is not legal advice — have it reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it in production.
1. Overview
Plixogram plans are subscriptions, and delivery is paced across each billing cycle rather than delivered all at once. Because we incur real fulfillment cost as a cycle is delivered, refunds depend on how much of that cycle has already been fulfilled. This policy explains exactly how that works.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current plan stays active until the end of the cycle you've already paid for, and that cycle's remaining delivery still completes. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request.
3. Refund eligibility
- Before delivery starts: if you request a refund within 7 days of a charge and no delivery for that cycle has begun, you're eligible for a full refund of that cycle.
- After delivery has started: once fulfillment for a cycle has begun, that cycle is generally non-refundable, because the delivery cost has been incurred. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit for the undelivered portion.
- Service failure: if we fail to deliver what your plan promised for a paid cycle due to a problem on our side, we'll make it right with redelivery or a fair refund of the affected portion.
4. Things outside a refund
Public follower counts can fluctuate independently of delivery, and Instagram or third parties may remove accounts or change behavior outside our control. Normal fluctuation of public metrics is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. We never guarantee a specific follower outcome.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@plixogram.com or use our contact form with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
