Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Plixogram (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. What Plixogram provides

Plixogram sells monthly Instagram follower-growth plans and tracks delivery using public Instagram data. To be clear about what this is:

• We deliver a plan's follower amount on a paced schedule across each billing cycle.
• Delivery is fulfilled through a third-party provider. We never log in to your account.
• We never ask for your Instagram password and never automate actions from your account.
• Tracking uses only public data (followers, likes, comments, video views), each stamped with the time it was read. We do not show impressions, reach, saves, or profile visits, because that data isn't public.

3. Eligibility and your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You must own, or be authorized to manage, the public Instagram handle you submit.
• You are responsible for complying with Instagram's and Meta's terms and policies.
• You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

4. Plans, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future cycles.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the cycle you've paid for, and that cycle's delivery completes. Refund eligibility depends on how much of the cycle's delivery has been fulfilled, as described in our Refund policy.

6. No guarantees

Results vary and are not guaranteed. Public follower counts can fluctuate independently of delivery, and third parties (including Instagram) may remove accounts or change behavior outside our control. The public metrics we show are descriptive summaries of observed activity — not predictions or promises of future results.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including an Instagram public-data provider and a payment processor. Plixogram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plixogram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
